These terms govern your use of Ctcsamjho (ctcsamjho.griffintaur.com, "we", "us"), operated by Your Name / Company Pvt Ltd, City, State, India. By using the site you agree to them.

1. The service

Ctcsamjho provides online tools that generate text (documents, letters, plans and similar) from the information you provide, using artificial intelligence. Some products are offered as pre-orders before they are available.

2. Not professional advice

Output is generated automatically and may contain errors. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice, and no lawyer-client, CA-client or doctor-patient relationship is created. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, and for consulting a qualified professional where appropriate.

3. Accounts and passes

Paid access is sold as one-time passes (for example 30 days or 1 year) linked to your email address. Passes do not renew automatically. Passes are for personal or internal business use by the purchaser and are subject to fair use limits that prevent abuse and automated scraping. You may not resell, share credentials or access the service by automated means.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record and may appear on your statement. Visitors in India pay in INR (UPI and Indian cards); visitors elsewhere see and pay prices in their local currency where available. Prices include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.

5. Pre-orders

Pre-ordered products are not yet available. We will state an estimated launch window. You may request a full refund at any time before you receive access. If we do not launch, we will refund you in full.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing or misleading content, to impersonate others, or to infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend access for misuse.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter and of the output generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process your input solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at City, State, India have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
